Title: Free Spirit

ABOUT THIS PIECE

The motivation for this piece was deeply personal for me. This is also probably one of the fastest pictures I have ever done. I spent a good deal of time on the lips and the shading on her skin.  When I stepped back to look at the piece, I decided to title it "Free Spirit" to represent personal artistic freedom.
